Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining, repairing industrial converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtown.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum 1 year of Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic experience, or documented training.

  • Must be able to troubleshoot applicable drives and PLCs.
  • Must be able to read mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Must have a good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Performs required maintenance on manufacturing production machinery and equipment.
  • Assists other maintenance personnel in performing mechanical maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform required maintenance on plant’s machinery and equipment
  • Follow and ensure that coworkers adhere to all applicable safe work policies & procedures.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components.
  • Ensure that all work orders provided are completed as requested, or solution is reached.
  • Maintain parts inventory.
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry as required.
  • Assist in the training of coworkers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Successfully demonstrate all Class B qualifications
  • Provide own tools necessary to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Prefer 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Language Skills:

Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.

Mathematical Skills:

Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate. Able to apply concepts of high school math.


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk. The employee frequently is required to use their hands to handle or feel items; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

  • Able to bend and lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Able to lift 10 lbs. continuously for prolonged periods.
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Able to climb stairs.


Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Workspace is not climate controlled and can reach both hot and cold extremes (30 degrees – 110 degrees Fahrenheit). Production machinery is loud and noisy and ear protection must be worn at all times.
