SUMMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates PO’s in SAP and Imaint – data entry when required
File SAP documentation as needed and turn into accounting daily
Ability to email PO’s to Vendors and follows up
Perform monthly inventory checks for accuracy of physical parts and update Imaint
Put maintenance parts away upon receipt
Maintain clean and organized files
Data entry of daily maintenance task when required
Runs reports of machine cost per month or as requested
Produces all maintenance PM’s for the Imaint
Accepts and inspects all deliveries
Distributes all deliveries throughout the plant
Receives all deliveries into Imaint and SAP
Maintains maintenance inventory levels
Gets quotes on all maintenance purchasing items- enters into Imaint
Assist with 6’s of area 51
Maintain parts inventory
Maintain the waste water treatment system
Must be able to drive forklift
Assist the Maintenance Manager with coordination, facilitation, and administration of all maintenance management systems for the company
Comply with company policies and procedures
Additional duties as assigned by management
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in related field
Computer literate – Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:
Prior work experience in the corrugated industry, maintenance field, previous inventory control experience.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is regularly required to walk, talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
