What You'll Do
As a Production Team Member, you'll play a critical role in keeping our mill running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring production equipment and manufacturing processes
- Performing quality inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Assisting with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Conducting routine inspections and operational rounds throughout the facility
- Installing and maintaining paper machine clothing
- Supporting housekeeping efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Following all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
This is an active, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Climb stairs and ladders safely
- Remain on their feet for extended periods
- Move quickly and respond effectively in a dynamic production setting
- Work in hot industrial environments
- Maintain awareness of equipment, surroundings, and potential hazards
- Work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
- Military service experience
- Mechanical or technical background
