POSITION: Maintenance Parts Coordinator - 1st Shift
$24-$26/hour
LOCATION: Lathrop, CA
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management
- Involved in controlling the inventory by receiving, issuing, adjusting, and storing parts
- Receive parts and kits for PM manage min/max, add spare to inventory if required maintain and update critical spare parts list, replenish inventory, cycle count, reconcile reports, receive parts in IMAINT or SAP database, and verify inventory level and update IMAINT.
iMAINT/SAP Database Expert:
- Update and schedule the Work Orders in iMaint and tracker, receive parts in SAP or iMAINT, creator update the parts pick list in the tracker
Mathematical Skills:
- Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to apply concepts of high school math.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or graphic form.
Work Environment:
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- Frequently exposed to wet, hot and/or humid conditions.
- Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Our Maintenance Parts Coordinators are crucial members of our Maintenance Department. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to efficiently maintain the machines that turn recycled paper into sheets of Corrugated board! Think of boxes for Domino’s pizzas, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! (And yes, we make those!)
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
- Frequently required to use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
