CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead maintenance strategy and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize site reliability.
- Supervise, hire, and develop a high-performing mechanical team.
- Oversee capital projects and facility outages, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all mechanical integrity standards.
- Provide expert technical mentorship and troubleshooting support across production areas.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of boilers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.
- Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical documentation (blueprints, P&IDs).
Note: This role requires the ability to work in a loud industrial environment, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
