Key ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Baler Operator involves several critical functions that contribute significantly to our team’s success:
- Create orderly bales and manage inventory for essential materials like baling wire and tags.
- Handle the forklift safely when required and proactively manage equipment maintenance needs.
- Submit maintenance work orders to supervisors and embrace additional responsibilities as needed.
