Responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the production plant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
On a daily basis: empty trash cans, dust (desks, tables, receptionist area, etc.), vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe windows and counter-tops, clean company cafeteria.
On a regular basis: mop tiled floor area, dust window blinds
Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Additional duties may be assigned by management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Maintain neat and clean appearance at all times
Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:
Two years janitorial experience
Ability to keep accurate inventories of cleaning supplies
Ability to operate cleaning equipment

If some of the duties are performed in the plant, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, to wet and/or humid conditions and to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration. The noise level in the plant work environment is usually loud.
